Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing video proof and relevant images.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund, please email us at support@letspropstore.in with your order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will notify you and begin processing your refund.

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 4 to 5 working days after we receive and verify the returned product or approve the refund without return (based on the issue).
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or natural causes.
  • Minor color or size variations due to lighting or screen resolution.
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Return Shipping

In eligible cases where a return is required, return shipping details will be shared, and we will either arrange a pickup or request you to send it back depending on your location.
